Mount Help: 340 XL

Just bought the XL 340 TM. I was able to mount my old Garmin Nuvi onto a small flat piece of plastic next to the large information screen on my 2009 Audi A4.

The Garmin suction cup was pretty small and fit perfectly. The new Tomtom Easymount is a bit larger and doesn't fit where the Garmin suction cup fit.

If the Easymount was a bit smaller, it would work.

I don't want to stick the disc onto my dashboard.

Any suggestions of where I can mount this? Do the vent mounts work? I generally want to remove the Nav whenever I leave the car but can leave the mount.

Please help.

Re: Mount Help: 340 XL

I had a vent mount for a cell phone once but it eventually broke the plastic on the vent.

See if Semsons have any mounts that might work. I use one of their sticky mounts with a Garmin.
