DIGITIZER PROBLEM

Hello, i have replaced the digitizer of my tom tom ONE N14644 Canada 310.
The new digitizer work perfectly until i closed all the case with the plastic grey frame. I saw that there are three micro switch on the pcb of the tom tom and i think that the problem is here. Maybe i must reset the tom tom. Can you help me?

SOLVED!!!The problem was a short circuit between the contact of the flat cable and the metal case of the IC behind.
