Re: Access GPS Discussion from your Mobile Phone with TapaTalk

I downloaded and installed TapaTalk RO (the read-only free version) for iPhone onto my iPod Touch. I searched for GPS Discussion in the app, and found it with no problems - very slick!

Re: Access GPS Discussion from your Mobile Phone with TapaTalk

My work, like most businesses, has an Exchange e-mail server. Exchange integration on SmartPhones is important to us, and to reduce IT headaches, we only officially support Windows Mobile and the iPhone 3G/3Gs. The staff buy their own phones, but if they want to synchronize with our Exchange server, that's the protocol. There have been some exceptions made, however, and I'm very impressed with the Motorola Droid. As most reviews state, the slide-out keyboard is mediocre - but the display and the rest of the phone (and the Android 2.x OS) are top notch. I recent joined a Droid to our network, and had a chance to play with it. I was very impressed. Unfortunately, it's only available from Verizon - so I'll need to see if something equally impressive comes out for AT&T.

Re: Access GPS Discussion from your Mobile Phone with TapaTalk

Motorola just came out with a device called a 'backflip', for ATT. I'm not all that impressed with the os on it, but the keyboard and overall functionality seems neat. all the same, its a real android device that isnt from htc, in att for a change.

...hmm, according to motorola's twitter, all their phones will run android 2.0.1 shortly, whether an upgrade or natively...neat. I'll be impressed if it's a smooth upgrade.

The Motorola BackFlip looks like an interesting device. I can't find processor info on it yet. The site does state that the phone is upgradeable to Android 2.x - good!

Updated the site to the latest version of Tapatalk. The "Participated" tab, which shows threads you have participated in, should now work.
