Google Maps on i425e?

Anyone get this to run yet?

I found the .jar file here http://www.google.com/gmm/apps/v2.0...s-201-m2_L1.jar
I used JADMaker to make the .jad file (JADMaker found here JADMaker for Nokia Java Games )

It installs fine, but when I run it, it I get "Unhandled Exception"

I got a .jar for 2.0 and did the same thing and got the same result.

I have tried rebooting the phone, I have tried deinstalling and reinstalling.

I used Google Local 1.0 and that worked and Google Maps 1.51 is working.

I tried installing it with the .jad from here http://www.google.com/gmm/gmm.jad?ma...DP2&ver=v2.0.1 and I get "Authentication Error" when trying to install.

Re: Google Maps on i425e?

Everyone I talk to is getting the same error, there doesn't seem to be a fix for it. I am discussing it on HowardForums and Google Mobile Group, everyone has either same errors or no response. Looks like we just have to wait and see if there is any help in the next version.

If it makes you feel any better, I tried doing some tricks to getting Google maps interactively working on my Moto q9m using the internal gps and it fails. I can't even get their pseudo navigation to locate me, darned it.
