- My husband and I bought our GPS device in 1999 and used it extensively as we traveled the lower 48 over the next several years. Since he died my RVing has been very limited and the StreetPilot has gone unused. Although I use my mobile phone's navigation feature a great deal, and it has the advantage of color and audio, I miss the tracking capability of the Garmin, so want to resume using it. That's why I'm a member here.
