Trimble dat file - trim length of observation

Hello-
Does anyone know how to trim the length of a Trimble *.dat file? I have a file that is 2 hrs 1 min in duration and I have submitted it to OPUS for processing. OPUS processed the file but the precisions are a little more than what I like to see. I would like to trim a few minutes of data from a file in order to be able to submit to OPUS-RS and compare that solution with the static results.
Thanks
