Re: Magellan RoadMate 700 North America

JUST BE CAREFUL OF MAGELLAN. Their customer service is extremely poor as is their delivery of products. They have been promising a new update for nearly a year and when they finally get it, they can't deliver. When I called their customer service, I get "It's being shipped" and that is assuming you can get someone that speaks English. I ordered other items that according to the Web site said they were in stock. Weeks later, I find out that they never were in stock and are backordered with no ship date. Don't count on Magellan to deliver or support their products. The products are good but definately not the best on the market.
