| Updates for Roadmate 2000
Hi All, Just joined the forum today. We're currently residing in NM, but are on vacation in Hudson, Florida. Our Roadmate 2000 is 6-8 years old and my wife likes it quite well. However, I can't find that it has any updates, so it's rather outdated. We also have a Roadmate 700, which was a great piece in it's day, but it needs updating also. I have found updates for it. However, it is rather large and bulky, making it sort of inconvenient in that respect. So, my question, I guess, is if there is no update to the 2000, should we update the 700 or simply purchase a new unit? Any input appreciated. Regards, Jim |
