Maestro 3225, how to restore system?

My GPS is Maestro 3225. I deleted all the folds in the root by mistake(fortunately, I back up them in my computer). Now, the GPS can't log in and it can't be recognized by computer. How to restore it or reset it? Thanks!

load the backup from your computer on to an SD card. Insert SD card
in to 3225 and see if you can startup from that
