4370 software ???

Can I delete the software and reload it for my 4370? Let me explain... I hooked my 4370 up to my PC and the content manager downloaded the latest software v8.3.2.6408 and installed it on to the Unit. Ever since then I have not been able to pair my phone anymore, it says it's paired but never shows up in the phone profiles, and it has been acting weird in other ways. So I was wondering if I could hook my unit to my PC and delete the software somehow and then reload it to see if it will cure my problems. I can browse the folders on the unit but not sure what I am looking at and what to delete. The Content Manager doesn't allow you to reload the software it just says that all files are up to date. Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: 4370 software ???

Do you have a full backup on your computer or mem card?
That should reinstall the old system.

Re: 4370 software ???

I did a full backup on my computer prior to loading the software update so I did a restore using this backup but it did not put the software back to the old version.
