explorist xl

hi, hope someone can help , my ex.xl. will not start up when i try to switch it on.i do not know if its from the sun on the screen, or just the heat.thanks

Batteries don't really like temperature extremes. Maybe the battery has lost it's charge from the heat.

hii andy, i bought new batteries still no success. i even tried it on the usb port on laptop but still dose not start up. thanks jim
