| Mexcio Map...Magellan 1440
I have a new 1440...and want to know how useful the Mexico map ($50) will be...and can't find any info on how good the map is or what it covers. I like the unit but Garmin sounds to be a safer bet... Any info and or advice ?? Thanks, Alan |

Obviously this is not a jot topic...but after much tooing and frooing I have "unleashed " the Mexico map from my 1440. From what i have seen it is an OK map...I'll know more after travelling to Mexico and trying it out...but it gets me from Vancouver to Bucerias just fine...and the streets in the small town are all there. Only $44 or so with the AAA discount. Cheers, Alan |
