| Question re: car charger (Magellan Maestro 3100), please
Hi, I'm new here. And I am so glad to have found you guys!  I have a new Magellan Maestro 3100 and when I have it plugged into the (cigarette lighter) car charger, the glow light on the charger is red. Always red. My son says his (same model) is always green.  The book does not address this. What color does your charger glow?! THANKS! |

I have a Maestro 4200 and it is always red. It is nothing more than a power indicator, so I imagine it was just a change, maybe from one supplier to another.

Thank you, Marc. That's what my son suggested, too. But for some reason, looking down and always seeing a *RED* light kinda bugs me!!! I would be much more comfortable with a nice green light!!!  haha!
