Magellan 3225 POI file transfer to the Unit

HI everybody
I am new to this. I tried everything to transfer POI file to my new Maestro 3225 but with no luck. I am doing everything I gathered from the forums and after transfering the file using Magellan POI editor I am unable to see the file in Magellan. I can se the file when hook my GPS with computer in \\USR\CPOI but when go to enhance in my GPS to select the file it tels me "My POI files have not been loaded on the Magellan GPS".
Please help........

For some reason the poi editor does not name the file xxx.mgln
Without the mgln it is not recognized as a poi file, just plug your unit in to your computer and rename the file.

I seem to have deleted the backup my original POI file that came with my Maellan Maestro 3225. Eeeeks. I thought the original files would be on the CD, but apparently not. Does anyone have a copy they could send me? Thanks.
