loading new maps in the 760-problem

I have the roadmate 760 and the new map update. While it was loading I accidentally pulled the plug from the wall and had to replug in the unit.
I tried re-loading but it does not work.
Support from magellan is next to none.
Any suggestions?

Re: loading new maps in the 760-problem

Unfortunately, you are probably going to have to send the unit into Magellan to get it fixed. My new maps disk erased my old maps then gave me a "can not copy" error message. Tech Support at Magellan gave me the option of sending it in for repairs - not really an option since a GPS without maps just isn't real useful. Still waiting to get the GPS back. Will buy a Garmin next time around.
