magellan problem

I have a sport trak pro and upgraded the firmware to 5.34 so I could load mapsend topo. Everything seemed to go fine and continue to work but I notice my basemap seems to be missing when I look in map utilities.
Any ideas anyone? I thought the basemap could not be removed.

Thanks, Hank
