Re: Magellan eXplorist 500LE North America

I got my eXplorist 500LE two weeks ago on ebay. I payed $125.00 with shipping. For the last two weeks I have been trying to register it on line. I end up calling ballywood India. They keep telling me that the site is being updated. They will not register it by phone. I have not had any problems yet but then I have not really used it yet. I tried returning it but the seller told me to sell it to someone else. He bought them from Wal-mart. I can only blame myself for not researching more before I spent the money.
I will keep my friends from making the same mistake. I wonder if the FCC might have jurisdiction in this area?
