Hello Folks, I've been using a GPS on my motorcycle travels for about 3 years now. What a fantastic tool! The GPS I use most on the bike is a GARMIN GPSmap 276c. It has made my trips far more enjoyable and helped me find my way to some pretty awesome backroads! I live near Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. I enjoy riding the backroads of the Appalachians down through the eastern US. I stumbled upon this forum through "Google" while looking for "Honda Motorcycle Dealer POI's" ![]() Best Regards, Steve |

Welcome aboard Robox! The 276c is an excellent choice for motorcyclists.

Hey Max, sorry for the delayed reply...... been off riding! My current motorcycle is a Honda VTX1800S. In the next year or so I'm looking to get a V-Strom DL1000 or some other adventure touring type machine to go further off the beaten track. I would really like to do an Alaska trip in 2009. Cheers, Steve |

Alaska :thumb : that is awesome, definetely want to get a different bike before heading up there though . A couple friends have DL's and speak very highly of them. Im holding out for a GS myself but...gonna be awhile ![]() I currently have a KLR650 though and love it, just not so good (ie: useless) for 2-up riding. |
