Welcome, TranquilEd, and welcome to the forum. I could use some of your tranquility! What GPS device do you currently use?

I am attempting to get the TomTom GO 740 LIVE to function without glitches. (I now own two.) I am also trying to replace a screen on one that broke when the suction cup let loose. The warranty would not cover faulty suction cups so I have found a screen and I am trying to figure out how to disassemble it for repair.

Great! Maybe you could take pictures, and write up a tutorial to assist your fellow TomTom owners? TomTom Forums has a guide for the 910. It might be a good start for you. I have no idea what the differences are between the two models, as I'm a Garmin owner....
