| New (not so young kid on the block)
My first post. Greetings all from the "not so sunny South." i.e., the Memphis area. I am seeking info on my Garmin 76Map unit; specifically the CD Roms: Map Source and BlueCharts which show the southern U S states, S.E. and north Gulf of Mexico. I've searched the Garmin inventory, but nothing found for my area. Windrift (my boat)

Welcome, mywindrift. I'm not familiar with the 76Map...do you mean the Garmin GPSMAP 76, with monochrome LCD display? I have the last generation of that model, the 76CSx. The original 76 only has 8 MB of memory, and no memory card slot for expansion - so you wouldn't be able to load hardly any map data onto it. Still, the Maps tab shows that you can purchase the original City Navigator (not the NT maps) and Bluechart maps for it....
