Hello, just joined. Found this forum while searching for info about "SuperQuads". I work full-time as a Geospatial Analyst and know a good bit about our very own Geomedia. I also work outside a lot with ESRI. What I am here to learn about (for starters at least) is the simple hand-held GPS units (e.g. Garmin, Magellan, etc) and how I might possible be able to view 1:24,000 USGS maps with the unit. Hi Bob, welcome! ![]() A Garmin Oregon would work with Garmin's new Topo maps. The maps work with other handheld Garmin's as well. You might also look at Delorme's PN devices. They have USGS maps. |
