NAV-Voices / Consumers beware of this company

Hi,
Well, I've been having nothing but problems with this company. I am just about to contact my credit card company to request a charge back.
I purchased two of their voice packs. I followed their instructions to the letter. Both voice packs do not work in the Garmin Nuvi880. I contacted their tech support on August 30th only to get an automated message stating they would be unavailable until the 19th. Funny how this message suddenly appeared on their web page after I placed my order and began to have problems.
I waited until the 19th. to again request assistance. As of the 22nd., my email have gone unanswered.
