I Need a GPS chip

I need a GPS chip for a watch im building. I need a chip that is small and energy efficient. Those are the two most important things

Have you looked at this one?

I haven't researched availability, mounting and literature but as for size, sub 4mm sq?

From the application link it looks like you provide it with clocks and then communicate with it via a serial interface.

This is the device that is in the iPhone 3G.
