Transfer from Mac to Zumo

Hello
I am new to the forum and am having trouble with getting a route from my Mac into the Zumo. I have created the route in RoadTrip, and the manual says simply to click send to get it to the Zumo. Doing this has the Mac working for a few seconds then informs me that one route, no waypoints etc have been successfully sent. I then open up my Zumo which informs me that there is new data to import. I say yes I want to import it, the Zumo works for a fraction of a second, then I am faced with import all which I select, then am faced with deselect all. At this point I can toggle between select and deselect, but no route is identified or imported. I need some help in getting this accomplished. Have tried this on two Macs, same result.
