[Convert HEX to decimal] URGENT

Hi

My GPS sends latitude and longitude like this:

68c68f,5378d3

I have searched very much in google and in this forum but there is no response with a script (in C, python, perl or whatever you want) to convert automatically HEX coordinates to decimal.

Can someone helps me?

From my Windows XP: Start>Programs>Accessories>Calculator> View Tab, select Scientific.
The best that I can come up with.

On my "plain jane" attempts at conversion, I came up with:

6866575
5470419

Bet they are not in the same country, that you are looking for.
At least I learned how to do the simple stuff, anyway.
Auto conversion, that's a biggie.

I know to convert a hexa in decimal

I need to convert in LATITUDE AND LOGITUDE DECIMAL FORM
(or degree)

thsk it looks likes better of what i m looking for

But whei apply this fomula i don't get good results

Correct results should be something like
48.80 , 2.28

When you were doing your google search did you serch for "hex to decimal conversion" or did you write "hexadecimal to decimal conversion?"

You will not get a good answer if you only write "hex." I got several good hits using the correct term.
