Clone the SC Card Data

Hi...all my friends,

Please help me something,
last week i bought a GPS for my car. this GPS software is inside the SD card.
so i want to back the data from the data on that SD card. I copied the data to my laptop, then copy to new SD card. but it is not working. i got a error. so i can i clone the original SD card. Pls give me some way to clone the SD card.

I imagine that the preloaded SD card is digital rights protected (DRM), so that people can't make a bunch of copies and give them out to their friends. Have you tried contacting Garmin to see if there's a legal method for digitally backing up your investment? I'd certainly be pretty upset if my $100 map card failed on me....

You might try something like Norton Ghost or Acronis True Image to create an exact image of the SD card. I don't know if either of those file imaging systems will allow you to clone a removable disk / flash memory, and I don't know if it would be any more successful than just copying files.
