yet another which automotive gps to buy...

Here's my question, what GPS do I buy?

I'd like it to be cheap, less than $150. I'd prefer $100, and I don't mind buying refurbished.

Priority is good maps and directions.

The only non-standard feature that I'd really like is the ability to create a tracklog. I don't mind hacking my unit to do that, I just have to be able to do it somehow.

The other things that I'd care about are TTS or a larger screen. Oh, and it has to include the car charger.

What would you get?

leland, frankly, with those criteria... I think I'd still be waiting to buy one.

Good luck!

I know what you mean. I grabbed a navigon 5100... Won't be perfect, but it will help me find my way
