| Does GPS work in my region?
hey, i'm from jamaica and ive been interested in getting a gps for a while now, do any of you know if it will work in my country. based of ive seen and read, the gps satalites is all over the world and passes over the caribbean and so i think it might work but in case thats not all that runs it let me know. Please just tell me if you have any knowledge of if it will work or not b4 i buy one |

As long as you can see the sky a GPS will work. I do not know af any Caribbean maps. I will look and update this post if I find one. I have looked and the only company that might be able to give you Jamaica is Garmin, I would contact a local electronics retailer and ask. Last edited by ninja279; 06-29-2008 at 6:03 PM. |
