If you go to Honda Owner Link and use their link for the DVD Update, it sends you here: https://store.alpine-usa.com/Hondadv.../naviorder.php

My wife has a Civic with the Honda nav.

Re: honda pilot navigation

I never have tried the OEM method, mostly because in many cases the systems use dead reckoning and tie into other vehicle sensors through the micu/ecu. So while it might be easy to remove the system and toss it in - you run into complications getting it to do everything it should (properly).

I have a Ridgeline and the OEM navi in this is more than I'd care to dink with. Unless of course I found it for about 200$ or so

how's she like it? (the Navi)
We're tossing the idea around of a Civic but no one I've spoken with has the Navi.

Re: honda pilot navigation

It does pretty well. Not as good as the stand-alone's thoiugh. We didn't get it on purpose, it just happened to be in the one on the lot that she liked.
