WM5 sound problem on a Pharos 525. HELP!

Hi folks,

I have a Pharos 525 gps running WM5. The original software for this unit was Ostia and it wasn't very good... lots of holes and tough to interface with. I loaded iguidance on this device about a year ago and everything was working well.

Then, around Thanksgiving of this year, the sound went out. The gps was still functioning, but no voice. The earphones still worked, however. I don't use bluetooth at this time for this unit.

I made a hard boot on the device and reloaded the updated software - still the same problem, no voice, and now no headphones. When I rebooted WM5 I had sound, with any gps software, no sound.

Any ideas for a fix?
