MY ZUMO WON'T POWER ON!!! HELP!!!

I have had my Garmin Zumo 550 for less than a year and it has stopped working for no reason. It has never been dropped or damaged. From one day to the next it just stopped powering on. I hold the power button down and nothing happens. I thought the battery had died, so I bought a new one....that hasn't helped either.
Garmin support directs you to hold both the + and Power button at the same to unlock...this doesn't work either.
I am so lost as to what the problem could be.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?...Or ideas as to what the problem could be?
