| Zumo 660 questions
I printed out the Road Trip manual however when I mapped a trip on my computer neither my 660 or the Micro SD card receive it. Any input re my Zumo and mapping will be greatly appreciated. |

By trial and error I found that MapSource will not run on Apple. I had no problems on my old PC with XP3. Has anyone else had similar problems? |

Garmin has some Mac software too. Try Basecamp or Roadtrip. Garmin | Mac OS Software and Garmin Devices |

Thank you for the info. I downloaded Base Camp and I liked the routing better than Map Source however I am unable to send the route to my Zumo. I mapped a route on Map Source and had no problem sending it. I had tried Road Trip but without much success. Your help is much appreciated. |

I don't have a Zumo or a Mac, but I'll see if I can help. Does the Zumo show up in the Devices list on the left side under the Library in Basecamp? With the PC version, I picked a route I created, right clicked on the name of the route (dragging and dropping may work too if you have a single button mouse) in the Library section. chose Send To and picked my Nuvi 550 from the Menu. You should see your Zumo listed there. With the PC version, there is no dialog box or confirmation that the route was sent. But if I click on the device it shows the route is on the device. On the Zumo you need to import it before you will see it listed. Click on the Tools menu. Then select User Data. Then select Import Data. Once the route has been imported on the Zumo itself, then it will show up to navigate with. Page 41 on the manual has the details too. http://www8.garmin.com/manuals/zumo550_ownersmanual.pdf |
