Lost my rubber plug for Nuvi 500

Does anyone happen to have an extra or know how or where I might obtain another one? Thanks.

Call or email Garmin. They'll probably just mail one to you.

+1

I've had great luck with Garmin's customer service when requesting parts. I had a loose fitting speaker/car power plug where it attached to my 2720. They sent another one upon request for free, no questions asked. If I remember, that was a $65 part...

I had a Nuvi mount break out of warranty. Again, I sent them an email asking nicely and they sent me another complete mount, no charge.

Most recently, after a household move, I couldn't find the wall A/C adapter for my 2720. This thing is waaaay out of warranty. Garmin sent me another one, no charge.

One thing to note was all these parts were brand new and in factory packaging, complete with all the "little stuff". Now THAT's customer service!

Good news! Now, if they'd just go ahead and pump out the next 2011.20 map update...
