| nuvi 650 text to speech problem
Dear Garmin user friends, I have a nuvi 650. Recently, I did a software update from Garmin site and also updated 2008 North American Map to 2010 version. I am having problem with the text to speech, the announcement voice is so low that it is hard to hear when driving. If I turn text to speech function off and use the standard "turn right" or "turn left" announcement, the voice is normal. Had anyone here experiended the similar problem? I would really appreciate if anyone could help. Thank you very much in advance. Nimo |

Check and see if it's still using the same voice as before your upgrade? Did it also upgrade any of the voice files when you applied the 2010 map update?
