eTrex Legend

Hi i got an eTrex legend last year and it has been great. I just have one quick question, if i am running a compass corse is there any way i can tell the gps to go say 1500 ft at a bearing of 29 degrees and have it plot that point on the map so after i use my compass i can look at the gps and see how far off i am?
