I'm having trouble transfering waypoints and a track from my Garmin Venture CX to Mapsource on my PC.

Yesterday I used the unit's menus to delete all prior tracks, waypoints and routes. I loaded some local tracks and routes stored in Mapsource on my computer back to the GPS, then took and hike and marked some waypoints.

Now, I connect the GPS to the PC, and all Mapsource sees is the micro SD card. I see routes, waypoints and the new track on the GPS, but they seem to be in the GPS memory, not on the micro SC card. I upload routes, waypoints and tracks, and all that appears in Mapsource are some waypoints and routes from a prior trip to the Grand Canyon that I thought I had deleted. I thought in the past that I simply plugged the GPS into the computer and was able to transfer tracks and waypoints to Mapsource.

How can I transfer the track and waypoints from yesterday's hike to Mapsource on the PC?
