nuvi 350 loss sattelites

My nuvi 350 (some times only) when I'm driving a route, suddently loose the sattelites. anfter few minutes, comes to the screen "are you indoor" I answer NO, "are you 1,000 kl frome your home", I answer NO, then ask the date but still not working. I ran a Master reset and does not work eather. I left on overnight and is working now. but I wonder that this happent to me again.

Any help?

Thanks

Delbert

Re: nuvi 350 loss sattelites

Hi Delbert, welcome to the site!

I was going to suggest a reset, but since you've done that already...does it always happen in the same locations? Could it be possible something is interfering with the signals in a specific location? I've been through some areas on military bases where they were actively jamming the civilian frequency.

Re: nuvi 350 loss sattelites

I had the exact same problem with a 350 6 months or so ago and I called Garmin. They recomended that I download an update for that unit. That seemed to fix the problem. I don't recall what version I updated to, but check their update list to make sure you are running the latest
