Garmin 260W Need a little Help

I try to type my Granddaughters address in & when I get to
"Pond" it interupts me, jumps to 2 two street names that are not what I need. The real name is "Pondway Mill"(road name) it keeps jumping automatically to those 2 names, but are not what I'm looking for. It interupts me and then I have to start all over by selecting "Back".......How do you stop the "Auto Find" so I can keep putting the whole street name in????????
Thx in advance......

Re: Garmin 260W Need a little Help

The auto find should only bring up roads that is has in it's database based on what letters you've entered.

With my Nuvi 660, I've found if I can't find a street or it's jumping to street names I'm not looking for, it's usually is because I have the city wrong. Try changing the city.
