Any GXM-30 and 2730 / Zumo users? /XM Navtraffic XM Weather users?

I have a few specific questions but am overall wondering how you like the weather overlays and how decent the traffic really is? The girl has XM in her vehicle and the traffic station seems to be pretty decent, so I assume their service is probably on par with that.

My main interest is how well the maps overlay on the unit(s) and how decently the integration occurs between navigating and viewing weather.

Specific questions regarding Garmin XM stuff:

- Once added, does weather become any part of the avoids menu? is there any option to automatically route you around any type of wx events?

- Is the overlay interactive, in that - does it bcome part of the 'view map' screen or do I need to go to some special screen to view the weather?

- How current is the weather data? It mentions on the XM site that there is only forcast and current conditions...just wasnt sure if that means 1x a day updates or not .

- If you have an XM subscription on another radio, does that count towards the "active XM service" required to get the 4.95$ monthly XM Navtraffic services for this receiver, or is it receiver based? (Im not really interested in having XM on the bike, only want it for data purposes).

The end goal is to have either a GXM30 tied into my Zumo, and helping me to avoid weather that way - or to buy a 2730 that I can mount elsewhere on the dash that would serve as a floating weather map.
